Romans narrative

Boom!I was trembling and in heard a gust of wind blowing me towards my house, I saw pigeons scattering around me and as I tried to walk against the wind. I approached to the mysterious turning tornado and as quick as light I fell into the tornado.

I could see flying objects all around me, tearing itself apart. I kept getting bruises and scratches around me and it felt as if I was going to die. I feared for my life as I prayed to god that I would be ok. The tornado suddenly stopped, I fell on the ground feeling dead and all I could see with my blurred vision was a pigeon and a trolley lying across the floor.

koushal’s narrative

The familiar sight of the town was made hazy by a mist and for a moment I raised a hand to my face to check for my glasses (not that I needed it). They were there, he put on. This de-focused world was there for everyone and not just reserved for me. It was too cold, billions of icy vaporized drops blew down my neck and up the legs of my pants that flapped at least an inch above my ankles. It didn’t just slowly drain my body heat. It stole it the second it made contact. I ran faster.

His feet pounded the tarmac with all the grace of a sack of wet concrete, the springing graceful steps of twenty miles earlier before I stopped had long since disappeared. His rasping throat was as parched as a dead lizard in the desert sun. As the city came out of the darkness of night, I crossed the Seine(776 kilometre long river) in silence. Without the traffic I walked right down the centre of the street and not far away lay The Eiffel Tower, like a skeleton of metal projecting up into the sky.

I have to get there FAST, the Eiffel Tower is the only chance  to stop the invasion from Mars. I was concentrating so much on running fast that I surrendered myself to the astonishing beat of my feet against the ground and didn’t notice the trolley lying on the ground  until  it a right before my feet which made me fall into a puddle of mud but luckily I blocked my face with my arms but I still rolled round and round then landed into an open sewer-hole. Then I grabbed a ladder that was poking out and climbed up and saw 2 feet in front. I looked up, gasped a breath of surprise and suddenly let go. I fell into the dirty sewer water…

Narrative Maeve

I woke up. All around me was fog. The main scenes of yesterdays trip flicked through my mind like an old film. I was on my way to Portugal; I had got a good job in Lisbon and decided to leave France and  go to live there. On my way over someone sabotaged my boat, knocked me out and saved me, he or she had left the other thousands of people to drown.

I sat up. I was alone. I suddenly wondered how long I’d been knocked out. The ground was rough and I couldn’t tell if it was day or night because of the never ending fog. An eerie silent crept around me. A shiver went down my spine. Where was I? I could be on an deserted island in the middle of nowhere or I just could be still asleep in a nightmare. I didn’t know, my mind was a complete whirlwind of thought that I felt I was going to burst. Should I go explore or should I stay? I decided to wait for the fog to clear. I tried to get comfortable, maybe even manage  to get sleep as it may be days until this fog clears.

Suddenly, out of the sky I saw something move. It made a noise and it wasn’t the sound of laughter, it was the complete opposite. A large bird swooped down to me. As if magic, the fog cleared. I could just make out the rough outline of the Eiffel tower. It couldn’t be. The person had brought me back to Paris. A light of a torch flashed at me. I shielded my hand over my eyes to see who it was. Out of nowhere some hit me on the back of my head. I fell to the floor. Everything was pitch black.

Narrative Ria D.

I was trembling as i took a step forward. I heard crows skittering around me warning me not to go forward. I could feel the air getting thicker. A shiver ran down my spine. In the distance I could see the Eiffel tower which meant i was getting closer. Something rumbled behind me. But I didn’t look back I already knew what was out to get me. I charged forward.

I looked around for any signs of life. To my left was a wall covered in moss and vegetation. But on my left there was a broad gate separating me from an old abandoned castle. I had to make a choice. I could hear footsteps shaking the ground. I quickly unlatched the gate. I stormed through the castle doors. I ran up the stairs unaware that the monster was following me.

Short Writing Task: The Old Man

Me and James woke up early with a screeching noise outside. “What is that noise James?” I asked tiredly. James checked outside and there was nothing there;all he could see was a black beady eye sparrow and something else in the distance . We were on holiday, actually it was just their parents working again, trying to find some missing people. Our dad says there used to be a little girl so wonderful, nearly everyone admired her except for this old man which was her neighbor. He was old and wrinkly with beady eyes and a scary voice that always scared little children away but not the little girl; she wanted to be friends with the old man because she thought he was lonely. On halloween she went over to his house. Every step she took a weird noise would occur to her; it was either the creak on the floor or wolfs howling or scary laughter coming from the house. When she opened the door she started screaming and no-one saw her ever again. People say that she died in the house that we are staying at and that the old man haunts this place ever since, but I don’t  think it’s true. She was only 7 like I am but James is older and loves to always scare me.

“Lily let’s go outside and find dad and mum. They must be somewhere?”                                     “OK,” I replied. I was trying to figure out if he actually wanted to find dad or scare me AGAIN! We headed downstairs but I had a very bad feeling that something was going to happen. We went outside and saw a figure heading towards us.                                                 “Dad mum, is that you?”                                                                                                                                         I wasn’t able to see who since it was so foggy while a shiver ran down my back when a unlikely presence was nearby. The figure was coming closer but it didn’t look anything like dad or mum. If it wasn’t them who is it.

“Reveal yourself at once!” shouted my brother with courage. The person was holding a knife in the gloomy shadow and did reveal itself. It was the man dragging our parents across the floor. They were dead and the man was coming for us…
